Shipping & Returns
Your order will be packaged and delivered to the courier within 2 working days of the order confirmation received by email. During sales and promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual. BLUBELLE shipping in Italy costs €7.00 for orders under €120.00. Delivery will take place approximately 3-5 working days after finalizing the order (Italy 3-5 working days, in the areas of the islands and Calabria delivery takes place in 5-7 working days, Abroad 5-7 working days). The courier of Poste Italiane is the shipper. We invite you to check that the shipping address is correct: it is not possible to change it once the order has been completed, unless you contact the courier of Poste Italiane. Changing the address is therefore permitted but will result in longer expected delivery times. You will be notified by email regarding your "tracking number" with which you can check the status of the shipment with Poste Italiane. You can see the status of your order in “My Orders” within the “My Profile” section of the Blubelle website.
RETURN INFORMATION
Do you want to return something?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. The replacement of an item of the same size and color is possible based on the availability of the item in our warehouse.
How to return products:

In the email you will need to specify the order reference number, the name and surname of the person placing the order and the reason for the return. You will then be sent a return confirmation email. The return shipping costs, for each order, are your responsibility. The shipping address to which to send the return is:

You can use any courier at your disposal or shipping to the Post Office. Blubelle reserves the right to refuse returns if communicated, sent or shipped after the indicated days or if the products are not intact. Before each shipment, the staff checks the integrity, quality and conformity of the items. The items sold by Blubelle are provided with a tag or related packaging depending on the product purchased, with which they must be returned: it is therefore advisable not to remove the tags from the items until you are sure of the correct fit and not to ruin the packaging of the various products in any way. Items returned with damage, dirt stains or any obvious modification will be rejected and sent back to the customer, who will be charged the normal shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund amount?
You will receive the amount through the same payment method used at the time of purchase within approximately 14 working days from the date of initiation of the refund procedure, of which you will be informed by email.
Conditions in case of return.
Please check that the items are tagged and in perfect condition before shipping. The items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse: please package them carefully to avoid damage during transport.
You can use the same bag that your parcel arrives in, just close it with the second stripe. All returned items are inspected. We do our best to accept all returns received, which do not necessarily need to be sent back in their original packaging. However, in the unlikely event that a return is received in an unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you, and you will be charged for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email within 3 working days to confirm that your refund has been processed. We will refund the price you paid to the account you originally used to make the purchase (this also applies to sale items). The amount will be available in your account again in 10 - 14 working days depending on the payment method used. Blubelle is not responsible for any items sent in error.
